Commission Process
1.) Once filling out my order form, you will receive a message/email from me that I have received the commission, details/questions about your commission and if I am able to complete it. I typically respond within 24 hours.
2.) I will let you know the total price of the commission and send you my payment details and you will be added to my queue. Please do NOT pay until I have verified with you. Until you verify with me that you are okay with the price I will hold/cancel the commission until further notice.
3.) I ask for 50% of payment before sketching the project. Until 50% is paid I will not start working. If I do not need 50% paymentI will make you aware of this.
4.) You can expect a wait time of 2 months, however, if you are needing something sooner, please let me know when placing your order and I will try to work something out, this is not guaranteed though.
5.) I will keep in contact throughout the entire process, making any necessary edits before asking for full payment. If you ask to completely change the artwork after the sketching phase, you may get additional charges.
6.) With full payment I will complete the commission, and send all files to you once approved by you before removing you from my queue.
DISCLAIMER:
- You MUST be 18 or older to commission me!- I do not take cash or checks. I only do payment through: Cashapp, PayPal, & Venmo. If you cannot pay me through any of these services, I will not be able to fulfill your request.- I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission if I am made uncomfortable, or do not wish to associate with the artwork. If payment has been sent I will refund the full amount. (minus any fees taken by the payment program)- If you request a refund after I have begun the artwork, you will not receive your full refund, and I will take out the amount I would charge for the work I have completed.- If you request a refund after I have finished the artwork, I will not give one. This is due to the time and work put into the creation. If you still request a refund, you may be blacklisted.- If you completely change your artwork when I have gotten past the sketching phase (different character, new pose, etc.) I will add-on to your payment by what I charge for the work already completed.- Your commission may be pushed back due to complexity/shipping times, you will be notified, and the change will be immediate in my queue/trello.
